End User License Agreement (EULA) · Roamlore
Last updated: 7 June 2026 Effective date: Upon the app's first public release.
1. License
Roamlore ("we", "us") grants you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the Roamlore application (the "App") on devices you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial use (or, for business accounts, the business use we expressly permit), and strictly in accordance with this EULA, our Terms of Use, and the app-store rules of the platform you obtained the App from.
This is a license, not a sale. We and our licensors retain all rights, title, and interest in the App.
2. Things you may not do
You may not, and may not allow anyone else to: - Copy, modify, or create derivative works of the App except as allowed by law; - Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App, or attempt to derive its source code, except to the limited extent applicable law expressly permits; - Rent, lease, lend, sell, sublicense, distribute, or otherwise transfer the App or this license; - Remove or alter any proprietary notices; - Circumvent or interfere with security, rate limits, or access controls; - Use the App to violate any law or the rights of others.
3. User content and conduct
Your content and behavior in the App are governed by our Terms of Use and Community Guidelines, including a zero-tolerance policy for objectionable content and abusive behavior. We may remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that violate them.
4. Updates
We may provide updates, patches, or new versions. They are covered by this EULA unless accompanied by separate terms. Some updates may be required for the App to keep working.
5. Privacy
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
6. Disclaimers & safety
The App is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. Route, place, AI, and elevation/terrain information may be inaccurate — you are responsible for your own safety (see §11 of the Terms of Use). Do not use the App for emergency navigation or in any way that endangers you or others.
7. Limitation of liability
Our liability is limited as described in §14 of the Terms of Use, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
8. Termination
This license ends automatically if you breach it, or when you delete the App and your account. On termination you must stop using the App. Sections that by nature should survive will survive.
9. Governing law
This EULA is governed by the laws of Jamaica, subject to any non-waivable consumer rights you have where you live.
10. Apple-required terms (for the iOS App)
If you obtained the App from the Apple App Store, the following apply: 1. Scope. This EULA is between you and Roamlore (Zaviyaa Ellis) only, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the App or its content. 2. Maintenance & support. We — not Apple — are solely responsible for any maintenance and support. Apple has no obligation to furnish any support. 3. Warranty. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no warranty obligation for the App. If the App fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple and Apple may refund the purchase price (if any); Apple has no other warranty obligation, and any other claims are our responsibility. 4. Product claims. We, not Apple, are responsible for addressing any claims relating to the App (product liability, legal/regulatory non-compliance, consumer-protection, or IP claims), as permitted by this EULA and the law. 5. Intellectual property. If a third party claims the App infringes their IP, we — not Apple — are responsible for the investigation, defense, settlement, and discharge of that claim. 6. Legal compliance. You represent you are not located in a US-embargoed country or on a US restricted-parties list. 7. Third-party beneficiary. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this EULA and may enforce it against you.
